Day Trippin
Terms & Conditions
By booking, purchasing, or participating in an experience offered by Day Trippin, LLC (“Day Trippin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to boat cruises, guided fishing trips, kayak and watercraft rentals, and other experiences or services offered by Day Trippin.
1. Bookings and Reservations
Last updated: September 26, 2026
A reservation is not considered confirmed until the required deposit or payment has been successfully processed and you receive a booking confirmation from Day Trippin.
The person making the reservation is responsible for providing accurate booking information and for communicating relevant booking details, policies, and requirements to all members of their party.
Private experiences reserve the applicable boat, vessel, equipment, or scheduled time for your party, subject to the stated guest or participant limits.
2. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and no-show terms are governed by Day Trippin’s Booking & Payment Policy in effect at the time of reservation.
By completing a booking, you agree to the cancellation and no-show policy applicable to the service you selected.
3. Weather and Water Conditions
Outdoor and water-based activities are affected by weather, water levels, wind, visibility, temperature, currents, and other conditions outside Day Trippin’s control.
Day Trippin makes the final determination whether conditions are safe and suitable for an experience. Weather-related schedule adjustments, changes to operating details, rescheduling, credits, and refunds are handled according to the Weather & Safety section of our Booking & Payment Policy.
Routes, destinations, wildlife sightings, waterfalls, water conditions, sunrise or sunset visibility, fishing conditions, and other natural features are not guaranteed.
4. Launch Locations and Itinerary Changes
Launch locations, meeting points, routes, destinations, and itineraries may change due to weather, water conditions, access restrictions, closures, operational needs, or safety concerns.
Day Trippin may provide or confirm the final meeting or launch location before the scheduled experience.
Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting location at the instructed time.
5. Late Arrivals
Guests should arrive at the time stated in their booking instructions.
Because reservations are scheduled for specific time periods, late arrival may reduce the amount of time available for the experience.
Day Trippin is not obligated to extend an experience because of a guest’s late arrival.
Significant delays or failure to arrive may be treated as a no-show under the applicable booking policy.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Guests and participants are responsible for following all instructions provided by Day Trippin personnel and for behaving in a manner that does not endanger themselves, other guests, employees, equipment, vessels, wildlife, or property.
Day Trippin reserves the right to refuse participation or end an experience if a participant:
-
Disregards safety instructions
-
Behaves in a dangerous, threatening, or disruptive manner
-
Appears unable to participate safely
-
Intentionally damages equipment or property
-
Creates an unreasonable safety risk for themselves or others
7. Required Waivers
In such circumstances, refunds may not be provided.
Participation in certain Day Trippin activities may require completion of a separate liability waiver, assumption-of-risk agreement, rental agreement, or other participant documentation.
All required waivers and forms must be completed before participation.
These Terms & Conditions do not replace any separate liability waiver or participation agreement.
If a required waiver is not completed, Day Trippin may refuse participation.
8. Minors
Only adults age 18 or older may make or manage reservations. An adult may include a minor in a reservation, but each minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian as a participant or passenger.
Before the experience, the parent or legal guardian must complete all required consent forms and participant agreements for the minor. Information for a minor must be submitted by an adult with the parent’s or legal guardian’s authorization; minors may not submit it themselves.
The accompanying parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising the minor and helping them follow safety instructions.
9. Safety Equipment
Participants must use life jackets and other safety equipment whenever required by law, Day Trippin policy, or instructions from Day Trippin personnel.
Safety equipment may not be removed or misused when its use is required.
10. Fishing Trips
Guests participating in guided fishing activities are responsible for obtaining any fishing license or permit required by Arkansas law unless Day Trippin specifically states that it is included.
Fishing success, species, catch size, weather conditions, and fish activity cannot be guaranteed.
Guests must follow all applicable fishing regulations and instructions provided during the trip.
11. Kayak and Watercraft Rentals
Rental equipment must be used responsibly and returned in substantially the same condition in which it was provided, excluding normal wear and tear.
Renters may be responsible for loss, theft, intentional damage, misuse, or damage resulting from failure to follow instructions.
Guests may not transfer rented equipment to another person or use it in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
Additional rental terms may be included in a separate rental agreement or waiver.
12. Pets
Pets may be permitted on certain experiences when specifically allowed by Day Trippin.
The pet owner is responsible for the pet’s behavior, supervision, safety, and any damage or excessive cleaning caused by the animal.
Day Trippin may refuse or discontinue participation by an animal that presents a safety concern or significant disruption.
13. Alcohol and Impairment
Guests may not participate while impaired to a degree that Day Trippin determines creates a safety risk.
Day Trippin reserves the right to refuse service or terminate participation when alcohol, drugs, or other substances impair a participant’s ability to safely follow instructions or participate in the activity.
Guests are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding alcohol and controlled substances.
14. Website and Booking Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep prices, descriptions, availability, photographs, and schedules on our website accurate.
If we discover a material error affecting a reservation, we will contact you to explain the issue and discuss the available options under our Booking & Payment Policy.
