How the 2-Hour Notice Works
Give us a heads up before the deadline and WaveWaive has you covered.

Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 hours before your scheduled start time.
WaveWaive refunds are available when cancellation notice is received by the applicable deadline.

How to Cancel with WaveWaive
To cancel using WaveWaive, call, leave a voicemail, or text our main line.
Contact forms, email, social media messages, and website chat do not qualify as WaveWaive cancellation notice.

Weather & Safety
Weather alone does not automatically cancel an adventure. Day Trippin makes the final determination whether weather, water, and operating conditions are safe and suitable for each experience.
Our goal: Keep you safe, make smart adjustments, and still create an amazing adventure whenever possible.
OUR PROGRESSION
ADJUST / RESCHEDULE
We may adjust the start time by up to two hours, route, launch location, or other details. If needed, we’ll then work to reschedule your adventure.
DAY TRIPPIN CREDIT
If rescheduling doesn’t work, we'll offer a 110% Day Trippin Credit, transferable and valid for 18 months.
REFUND
If we cancel and you prefer not to reschedule or take the enhanced credit, eligible trip payments will be refunded.
IF DAY TRIPPIN CANCELS FOR UNSAFE CONDITIONS
We’ll first work with you to reschedule your trip. If we’re unable to reschedule and ultimately cancel and refund your trip, your WaveWaive fee will also be refunded.
Natural Conditions
Cloud cover, wildlife activity, visibility, and other natural conditions can change. If an adventure remains safe and operable, those conditions alone do not automatically qualify a reservation for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.
Booking Without WaveWaive
WaveWaive is optional. If you choose not to add it,
Day Trippin’s regular cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.
